ACCEPTANCE
By using the Website User signifies his/her acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. If the User does not agree to these Terms and Conditions, they are asked not to use the Website. User’s continued use of the Website will be deemed as his/her acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. By accessing this Website User also agrees that he/she is responsible for compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

CHANGES
Bruncin d.o.o. reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions, and is not responsible for any consequences of these changes. When Bruncin d.o.o. changes Terms and Conditions, this will be reflected in the updated date at the bottom of this page. Bruncin d.o.o. retains the right to modify, amend or terminate any part of the Website or any of its parts, subpages, or any other service it provides, at any moment and without prior notice. The right includes, but is not limited to, change of the time of content availability, availability of any data, any means of transfer, as well as the rights to access or use the Website.
RESPONSIBILITY
The User agrees to use the materials, programs and products provided on the Website at their own responsibility and for private purposes only. Materials, programs and services provided are meant to support the User but are not responsible for any changes or lack thereof in the User’s life. Where these materials, programs and services take the User depends solely on the User.
Bruncin d.o.o. provides the Website usage in the best way possible. Bruncin d.o.o. does not hold responsibility for possible problems with the functioning of the Website and accompanying services. Bruncin d.o.o. cannot guarantee that the Website usage will not be interrupted or without errors. The User agrees that the access to the Website can sometimes be interrupted or temporarily unavailable. The User uses the Website at his/her own responsibility.
Bruncin d.o.o. retains the right to block access to Website to any User when the Website is used inappropriately, as well as to refuse access to the Website to anyone, based on its own assessment. The User agrees that they will use the Website in a way that does not endanger its resources and services. Inappropriate use of the Website is forbidden and results in termination of the right to access the Website. The User must keep their user account information secret, and is completely responsible for any damage resulting from unauthorized use of their user account.
COPYRIGHT
The content of the Website, which also includes all the programs and services provided and their names, is copyright material and as such protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. Copyright belongs to Branka Valcic and all rights are reserved. The content must not be copied, reproduced, transferred, distributed, leased, licensed or used in any way except as specifically permitted in writing by an authorized representative of Bruncin d.o.o.
PURCHASING THROUGH OUR WEBSITE
User, with a status of a buyer, may conclude a purchase agreement with Bruncin d.o.o., Lastovska 4, Zagreb, with a status of a seller, to gain access to one of Website’s Programs through his/her Member account.
Making a purchase agreement through the Website is regulated in accordance with legal provisions, particularly taking into account the principles and provisions of European Union directives.
Contracting through the Website is considered to be a distance contract. The agreement is concluded in the moment when the seller accepts the buyer’s bid. All the content published at the Website represents an invitation to bid. The seller can terminate the purchase agreement, if the buyer does not pay the purchase price amount, and the seller is not obliged to provide access to the Program until the moment of the receipt of the purchase price amount. In fact, it may take up to 12 hours for the seller to grant the buyer access to his/her purchased Program.
Once the buyer has paid the purchase price amount, his/her status becomes that of a Member. If this is his/her first purchased Program on the Website, he/she is automatically generated a Member account on the Website. The Member is notified through email when he/she is granted access to materials that are available only through the Program he/she has purchased. The Member can access his/her materials through his/her Member account.
Bruncin d.o.o. reserves the right to modify the information on the Website, including prices and special offers, without prior notice. Description of the important service/product features is available on the Website, as well as the price with VAT included. Prices, payment conditions and special offers are valid only at the time of order and/or payment.
Purchase is performed through the Website, by filling out a designated form. When filling out the form, the buyer is obliged to fill out all the required data. The purchase can be made only with the buyer’s confirmation that they have read and understood the Terms and Conditions, and that they are aware that this constitutes an order with obligation to pay.
If the buyer is a company requiring a VAT invoice (R1), the buyer must request this invoice through email on contact@brankavalcic.com during the order process; later requests for the VAT invoice will not be accepted.
If the payment is made using the bank transfer method (wire transfer or internet banking), the buyer must use the payment information provided on the form through which he/she is making the purchase.
Currency Conversion Statement
All payments shall be effected in Croatian Kuna (HRK). For buyers with permanent residence, i.e. registered office, outside the Republic of Croatia and paying in a currency other that the Croatian Kuna (HRK), this means that the amount buyer’s credit card is debited for, shall be determined by virtue of conversion of the price from buyer’s currency into Croatian Kuna (HRK), pursuant to the current exchange rate of the Croatian National Bank.
When charging the buyer’s credit card, the same amount is converted into the buyer’s local currency at the exchange rate of credit card associations. As a result of this conversion there is a possibility of a slight difference between the original price stated on the Website and the price buyer ends up paying.
Delivery
Purchase is possible 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. After completing the purchase, the buyer receives purchase confirmation via email. At that point, if this is his/her first purchase on the Website, the buyer becomes a Member of the Website, and is automatically generated a Member account on the Website. The Member is notified through email when he/she is granted access to materials that are available only through the Program he/she has purchased. It may take up to 12 hours to receive access. The Member can access his/her materials through his/her Member account.
If the buyer did not receive purchase confirmation, and Member account information via email, or was not able to access the Program, after 24 hours, they must inform the seller about this by writing to the email address contact@brankavalcic.com.
In case that Bruncin d.o.o. is, for whatever the reason, not able to deliver access to the purchased Program, the buyer will be contacted via email by a Bruncin d.o.o. employee with the purpose of making arrangements regarding the delivery, or optionally about Program order cancellation.
Bruncin d.o.o. is not responsible for any costs incurred from the use of computer equipment and telecommunication services necessary to access the Program.
In case of problems during the ordering process, the buyer can contact Bruncin d.o.o. with their questions by writing to contact@brankavalcic.com.
Methods of Payment
The buyer is obliged to pay for the Program through one of the following methods:
Bank Transfer – the information necessary to perform the bank transfer payment is shown on the purchasing form when the buyer selects Bank Transfer as the method of payment.
PayPal – an online payment service for secure, simple and fast payment. It's free of charge for the buyer. Buyer’s credit card details are only stored by PayPal, and can be reused for every online purchase. When the buyer pays with PayPal, Bruncin d.o.o. does not have access to the buyer’s financial information. To pay with PayPal the buyer does not need to have a PayPal account. At checkout, he/she simply selects PayPal as his/her payment method and enters their account information.
Customer Complaints
The customer can send complaints, according to the provisions of Art. 10. of the Consumer Protection Act (Zakon o zaštiti potrošača), by mail to Bruncin d.o.o., Lastovska 4, 10 000 Zagreb, by email to contact@brankavalcic.com.
In order to make it possible for Bruncin d.o.o. to respond to the written complaint which was not sent by email, the consumers are kindly asked to state correct information about their name and surname, and the address where the reply is to be delivered. By law, Bruncin d.o.o. must reply to any customer complaint in written form within 15 days latest after the reception of the complaint.
In case of dispute, Bruncin d.o.o. and the consumer will resolve the conflict peacefully, and if this is not possible, the Municipal Civil Court (Općinski građanski sud) in Zagreb is the competent court, with the application of Croatian law. The dispute resolution is also possible at The Court of Honor of Croatian Chamber of Economy, or other meditation centers. Consumer disputes can also be solved through the ODR platform of the European Commission.
PRIVACY POLICY
This Privacy Policy governs the manner in which Bruncin d.o.o. collects, uses, maintains and discloses information collected from Users of the Website. This privacy policy applies to the Website and all the services offered through the Website by Bruncin d.o.o.
Security of Online Payments
When conducting payments via credit or debit cards on the Website, User uses PayPal. When you pay with PayPal, your financial information is not shared with Bruncin d.o.o.
Information We Collect and Why
Bruncin d.o.o. acts as the controller of personal data and collects it for sales contract fulfilment, Program delivery, sales documentation, User experience, and technical support for which legal basis is laid down in Article 6(1)(b) of the General Data Protection Regulation.
We may collect personal data from Users in a variety of ways for the purposes of creating Member account, concluding the purchasing agreement, subscribing to our mailing lists, and for communication with Users through Contact forms or Email.
To create a Member account, the User must provide his/her first and last name, which is used to create a Member username, email address, and a password to which we do not have access to. This is the same information that is needed to conclude the purchasing agreement. New Members will be emailed to the email address they have provided, confirmation of successful creation of their Member account. Buyers will also be emailed an invoice. All Members can access their purchased Programs, and their payments in their Member account (https://www.brankavalcic.com/account/), using the email/username and the password they have set during registration. In the Member account, Members can change their personal information (name, and email) and reset their password.
User can request that his buyer/user Member account be deleted by sending an email to contact@brankavalcic.com. Bruncin d.o.o. will respond to this request in a timely manner and will delete all of User’s information from the web shop database.
When Users visit the Website they may subscribe to our mailing lists. At the moment, they can subscribe to Divine Love - Mother Mary's weekly channeled messages and updates about Her offerings through Branka and to Mother Mary's Circle of Love mailing list. For this, they only need to provide their email address, and they may provide their name.
When Users subscribe to one of our mailing lists, their information is automatically stored in our mailing lists managed through a third party service provider called Mailchimp. Mailchimp has strict privacy policy rules (https://mailchimp.com/about/security/) and are in good standing. They may, however, use aggregate User information to help them promote, provide, or support their services to us so we may be of better service to you. Bruncin d.o.o. is not responsible for the behaviour of the third party service providers.
If, at any time, the User would like to unsubscribe from receiving emails from these mailing lists, they may do so by clicking on the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any email they have received through these mailing lists from us. Once the User has unsubscribed from our mailing list we will delete their information from our records and they will not be able to subscribe again using the same email address.
When Users contact us through any of the Contact forms on the Website, we keep this data for the purposes of communication with the User and delete it after the communication has finished.
We never collect more information than needed, and we never sell collected information. The User may, however, visit the Website anonymously. We will collect personal data from the User only if he/she voluntarily submits such information to us. The User can always refuse to supply personal data, but he/she should be aware that this may prevent them from engaging in certain Website related activities.
How Do We Protect User Information
To ensure privacy when you are leaving your information on the Website, Website uses SSL protocols (https://). However, Bruncin d.o.o. cannot guarantee complete safety of your information as unauthorized access to the Website, or other breaches to the Website can never be completely eliminated.
Web Browser Cookies
The Website may use 'cookies' to enhance User experience. User's web browser places cookies on their hard drive for record-keeping purposes and sometimes to track information about them. The User may choose to set their web browser to refuse cookies, or to alert you when cookies are being sent. If they do so, note that some parts of the Website may not function properly.
Cookies are not connected to the User’s name or IP address, they are linked to the User’s web browser. However, User’s privacy is guaranteed as Bruncin d.o.o. never even attempts to find out who the User is. The User may delete cookies in the history of their browser.
When using the Website, the User consents to use Cookies. If they decide to block Cookies, the user can still browse the Website, but some of its features might be inaccessible.
Website Analytics
The Website may contain links to other websites. Please be aware that we are not responsible for the privacy policies and practices of such other websites. When you go to other websites from our Website, we advise you to be aware and read their privacy policy.
Website uses Google Analytics, a service which transmits Website traffic data to Google servers in the United States. Google Analytics does not identify individual users or associate your IP address with any other data held by Google. We use reports provided by Google Analytics to help us understand Website traffic and webpage usage. Nevertheless, we made sure to anonymize your IP address, so it is not stored at Google's services. Cookies collected by Google Analytics have a retention period of 26 months.
By using this Website, User consents to the processing of data about them by Google in the manner described in Google's Privacy Policy and for the purposes set out above. User can opt out of Google Analytics, if they disable or refuse the cookie, disable JavaScript, or use the opt-out service provided by Google.

Bruncin d.o.o. has the discretion to update this privacy policy at any time. When we do, we will revise the updated date at the bottom of this page. We encourage Users to frequently check this page for any changes to stay informed about how we are helping to protect the personal data we collect. You acknowledge and agree that it is your responsibility to review this privacy policy periodically and become aware of modifications. Your continued use of the Website following the posting of changes to this policy will be deemed your acceptance of those changes.
