Five or ten minutes of conscious breathing does wonders, on all levels – emotional, physical, mental, and spiritual. It is a beautiful gift you can give yourself.
Sit down with feet on the floor and focus on the sensation of breath in your nostrils as you breathe normally. When thoughts or emotions come, just bring yourself back to the sensation of breath in your nostrils as you breathe in and out. That’s it!!!
